Updated the SOTR/SRE/Immersive combat camera for patch 1.21.

Hi everyone, I've been getting some messages to update my camera mod to the latest patch so I did.
How is it different from other camera mods?
The camera doesn't change depending on the size and number of enemies. You can set a camera position for exploration and for combat, and it won't budge from that.
Right now I quickly made this for just when you're on foot, however if you want different camera positions for horseback riding and boat ...driving? Please let me know, I can easily make that too.
If there's enough interest in having a menu for this mod, I can do that too; please let me know in the comment section.
HOW TO INSTALL: unzip into your witcher 3/Mods directory, so you have this path: The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods\modThibCamera
That's all I guess. Enjoy the mod!
