After wasting several minutes typing the commands into CMD and ModKitchen being slow and unreliable (I don't want to import every single tga, Jesus...), I took an hour to write this Python script that cooks, build textures caches, packs, build metadastores and also uncooks.
The script can save your inputed directory settings, so in case you need to constantly cook/pack and test the same mod, all you need to do is answer Yes when it prompts you to load the previous settings.
Settings:
Base Directory: This is the place where your mod directory(ies) is/will be.
Mod Directory: This is your mod directory within Base Directory.
Destination Directory: This is where your packed mod will be placed. In the case of uncook, this is the directory you want to uncook.
Example:
Base Directory: C:\MyMods
Mod Directory: MyAwesomeMod
Destination Directory: <The Witcher 3>/Mods/modMyAwesomeMod/content
THIS IS NOT A GUI TOOL!
Its purpose is to be simple and fast.
