Combat controls: Swap Roll with Dodge and Dash with Long Dash(Ciri)

Updated for 1.31 GOTY version of the game. /Don't know if it needed updating, updated anyway.
Does what title says. Also swaps Ciri's short and long dash. I'm using Logitech F710 so this is for xbox controller input I think.
Installation:
Replace the input.settings in C:\Users\Username\Documents\The Witcher 3
