Short Story
This mod will fix a particular path of the quest "The Scent of Incense".
If you decide to not be blindfold and give the real formula to Pugg you
still get the choice to either let them go or kill them and the journal
will correctly show your decision.


Full Story
There is a bug in the the quest "The Scent of Incense".
Geralt is not given the option to kill Pugg and the guards if he has given him the real formula and was *not* blindfolded.

Even if Geralt choose to kill Pugg and the guards in this situation simply by drawing the sword.
The journal will not be updated and it will not reflect the fact that Geralt killed the fisstech dealers.

After 2 long days of searching online and frustrating abut not finding a fix for this quest,
I decided to mod it myself so I dusted off my modding skills and here it is.

Please note.
You need to kill Pugg and the guards right after they give you your payment, before you leave the cave.
If you leave the cave without killing them the quest will be updated with the description that you let them go
and it will not change even if you find your way back to the cave and kill them later.
As a side effect you will get 200xp for killing the bandits in this particular circumstances.


Instalation
1-  Extract with 7-zip
2- Copy to the CookedPC folder in your Witcher 2 directory
Default Steam location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\the witcher 2\CookedPC

Tested with the latest version of the game from Steam as of 24/03/2020.
