This mod balances all runes for use with mods like CEO - Complete Equipment Overhaul, Better combat for EE with Darkness, FCR 2, or Vanilla.

Renewal Rune Stat:
Rune of Sun:
Damage 2-1 (or FCR2 +2)
Adrenaline on Hit +1
Stun +10%
Rune of Earth:
Damage 2-1 (or FCR2 +1)
Reduction on Block +20
Knockdown +10%
Rune of Moon:
Damage 2-1 (or FCR +1)
Sign Damage +4%
Freeze +10%
Rune of Fire:
Damage 2-1 (or FCR2 +1)
Vitality Combat Regeneration +1
Incinerate +10%
Rune of Ysgith:
Damage 3-2 (or FCR2 +2)
Chance of instant kill +2%
Bleed +10%

Compatibility:
The goal of this mod is to balance all runes while maintaining compatibility with all mods.
This mod was intended to use with CEO - Complete Equipment Overhaul - 1-6g and Better combat for EE with Darkness 1-2l.
There is also an FCR2 option which includes the Ysgith rune fix and changes the damage bonus.
This mod can also be used just fine with vanilla game.
