Removes the incessant heartbeat loop when under the effect of a Cat potion.

I couldn't stand the heartbeat loop while using the Cat potion, and I couldn't believe nobody had removed it yet, so I did it myself.
Incompatible with any other mod that modifies gui_global.fsb.
Contents:
The archive contains only one file, gui_global.fsb, where the heartbeat loop has been replaced by a silent file.
Installation:
Use Nexus Mod Manager for easy living.
Manual installation:
Extract the archive to your Witcher 2 CookedPC folder, e.g.
Overwrite if asked.
