Infinite Grass Render Distance includes -only- the grass and a handful of weeds, not the ferns, trees, bushes, and so on. This is a -high performance- version aimed at people with lower end systems, or those who prefer a high framerate, and simply wish to solve The Witcher 2's grass pop-in.
If you want to render -all flora, including grass- at highest quality, you need the Extreme Quality Flora mod. If you only want to render -grass-, this is the mod for you. Do not use both mods. Pick one or the other, as EQF covers grass as well.
