This little "mod" changes block so blocking does not drain vigor.
I can't really guarantee that it will work if you are really totally out of vigor.
And as for what it does to the balance, well it will unbalance the balance, thats for sure ;)
Note: This also means you can block when you don't have Vigor, but to make that possible Vigor now regenerates a bit quicker (it had a timeout value)
