Replaces Geralt's face to look more like as in The Witcher III

This mod is for those poor wretched ones who prefer Geralt from TW3.
v1.1:
- paler skin
- tw3 witcher eyes
- normal map correction on neck

It's very hard to fake the shape of the original 3D head model, this is my attempt to it!
Could you make a better one? Try to beat it!
The original bearded texture looks shitty on the flat face. Maybe later I will try to make a better one.
