It's very simple and just makes everything somewhat more colourful.

This is just the config that I use, it's not using Bloom or HDR and really I made it because I like a nice colourful game, thought I'd post it up if anyone's interested.
For reference I'm using the DPX, Vibrance, Curves, Dither, SMAA, and Explosion settings in the file.
NOTE: this is only a config, sweetfx is by ceejay.dk and can itself can be downloaded from here: guru3d forums.
Copy and paste all the bits of sweetfx and the config file into your system directory for The Witcher.
Start the game and enjoy - (or use this config as a base for further tweakage).
ALSO:
I cannot answer questions or provide help with sweetfx, for that, you'll need to go to the guru3d forum where sweetfx is from.
To get this config recognised by sweetfx, you'll need to follow the instructions in the sweetfx readme, it's very simple though!
