This is a fix for The Witcher Perfect Blood. The author never fixed the tables from attackeffects.2da file. He must have used Notepade to edit the 2da file because Row 5 was shifted to the left by 1 column for each value. Always use TlkEdit2 if you're going to edit 2da files.

Instructions:
Place this attackeffects.2da file in the one of The Witcher Perfect Blood folders and overwrite the existing one. The the placement of all Mod files should be placed in the Override directory loosely, not within folders inside of your Override folder.

If the Override directory doesn't exist, create one.
C:\Program Files (x86)\The Witcher Enhanced Edition\Data\Override

One thing you should never do is have your Mods in separate individual folders inside of your Override directory. Always dump the files in the Override directory loosely. Sometimes you may not realize you have 2 of the same file. This is why it's important to just place your Mod files loosely in the Override directory. You can always overwrite anything that overlaps.
