Save that take place early in game (the main story is at the mission just after open your world) with all but one skill unlocked (including the online skills) and the following rare items acquired: Boxberg LE, Vespid LE, Sayanora LE, Piledriver, Wildfire, Spec Ops Goblin, Chrome. As of 0.5 all but offensive driving (which I added to version 0.6) and rapid reload are missing (didn't want to spoil gang missions by finishing 5 of them). As fixer missions are redoable in phone app, I've unlocked offensive driving as of 0.6.
Rare items:

Boxberg LE (as of version point 0.7 - used an exploit where same Fixer missions redone multiple times via mobile app can count towards the 20 boxberg missions - 36 missions will still be on your map when you unlock CTOS towers and the 4 missing ones can be found on your phone).
Vespid LE (all phones found)
Sayonara LE via poker (repayable)
Pile Driver Shotgun (hell yeah!!) via that annoying drinking game (replayble)
Wildfire via missing persons (left last mission unplayed, locations re-visitable)
Chrome (crime detection)
Spec Ops Goblin (left last and very fun mission unplayed, audio available in hideout)
All performance vehicles minus the Livraga LE and the Papavero Stealth Edition, all bikes.
Online Missions remain untouched, I have a hardware firewall in my network that's preventing me from playing games online for now, so I can't do any of the uplay missions :( . If someone wants to be my hero and unlock the Livraga LE and the SpecOps Vector (and any other online perks you want to include) while leaving the missions open and unplayed, I'd be soooo grateful! I can repost that new version and credit them for their work.
I've tried to avoid buying weapons as much as possible to keep the loadout uncluttered and leave you the choice in deciding what to buy. It sucks that you can't get rid of unused weapons once acquired but ah well...

Main Missions: right after Open Your world
Side Missions: all CTOS centers (with exception of the one done before Open Your World mission) and all CTOS towers remain untouched. Some re-playable missions were done to unlock items/skills (drinking, chess, poker, NZXT). Some easter egg missions such as missing persons (with exception of last and fun mission), weapons trade (with exception of last and fun mission), burner phones were done to unlock rare items. One criminal convoy mission was done to unlock critical focus. Did 5 fixer missions in version 0.6 to unlock offensive driver (fixer missions re-playable in phone app). All other side missions untouched.
