Adds a device that you can buy that when used will give the player 10 skill points to use.
You can use the device over and over to get a lot of skill points.
I cannot be held responsible if you crash your game because you went hog wild with using this device.

Created icon, device and java code to implement object ability.

None at this time.
Installation
-------------
Unpack the zip file and place the 'LevelersSkill.mpk' file into this folder:
C:\Users\username\Documents\AtomicTorchStudio\VoidExpanse\Mods\LevelersSkill.mpk
In the game, click on the 'Mods' button and you should see this mod in the list. Click the box so there is a check mark in it.
Play the game and find the computer terminal.
Uninstall
-------------
Delete the above named file.
Incompatibilities

None at this time.
