FEATURES OF THIS MOD
1. No Microstutter while turning.
2. No Gameplay stutter
3. Less Level Streaming Stutter.
Terminator Resistance can already reach 60 fps so why use a smoother mod?
In this case it gives the game just enough extra fps to absorb gameplay stutter and microstutter enough to make it feel a little less Unreal engine shooter
and a little more call of duty or Far Cry in its movement and turning.
TO INSTALL
Extract the file and place it into c:\users\...\appdata\local\terminator\saved\config\WindowsNoEditor...
overwriting the existing Engine.ini
TO UNINSTALL
Delete it, a new Engine.ini is built next time the game is loaded.
