Utility for combining various images into a larger image for Tabletop Simulator

This is my very own card-merge application for Tabletop Simulator. Later I realized there's another one, so, I hope this works for you and is helpful to someone.
There's more improvements I plan to make if it is at all useful.
Here's the tiny user guide:
- Drag/drop the image files into the Preview window.
- Left click a card to duplicate it, right click to delete it.
- Middle click to set a card as the "Hidden" card.
- When done, go to File Information, and click "Execute", and the cards will be named from the Output file base-name up to whatever number of pages were required. Like "GameData2.jpg", "GameData3.jpg" etc. The program supports exporting to jpg or png, and imports from a lot more formats. (bmp, gif, jpg, pcx, png, tif, xpm, and a few others I think)
More advanced options can be set in that page.
The decks can be loaded or saved in XML or CSV formats (CSV format is for compatibility with CardMaker, and does not save additional settings like pixel sizes)
