The Experimental High Command provides near limitless sensory and visual target acquisition. No one is beyond their sight. Designed to compliment the Experimental Land Battleship's long range artillery. Also provides very large force shield and limited mass and energy generation.

Know bugs: Does not appear in build queue (use Alt+F2 to spawn). Textures need doing at some stage.
