Supply drops are cheaper to request, come quicker, and bring more supplies. Stay as long as you want without worrying about supplies.
- Permissions and credits
This mod improves the supply drops in Lifeline so that they're significantly cheaper to request, they arrive much quicker, and they give you more. Now, HQ knows that when you request more resources, you don't mean just 5 food, 5 ammo, 8 construction, etc. What good is that? No, now you're getting at least 50 of each resource. Stay as long as you want, we'll keep you supplied. Want some more weapons, ammunition, explosives, medicine, or food? We got you covered.
Breakdown of changes:
1) All supply drops only cost between 5-10 influence, they all only take between 1-5 minutes, and they all give 125 influence back.
2) Resource Supply Drop adds 50 food, 50 ammo, 50 medicine, 100 construction materials, and 50 fuel.
3) Melee Weapon Drop adds 25 material, 10 fuel, and 6 melee weapons: crowbar, bat, axe, kanabo, tactical tomahawk and Cleo Axe.
4) Healthcare Drop adds 15 food and medicine, and 30 snacks, 30 strong stimulants, and 30 morphine painkillers.
5) Munitions Drop adds 90 45cal, 250 5.56mm, 250 7.62mm, 30 50bmg, 120 shotgun shells, 50 incendiary shotgun shells,30 Grenade launcher grenades, 30 grenades, 30 M14 mines, 30 Bouncing Betty mines, 30 Strong Pipebombs, 30 molotovs,10 durable suppressors and 10 quiet suppressors.
6) Gun Drop gives 2 random guns, 30 durable suppressors and 30 quiet suppressors.
7) Long Range Supply Drop gives you all the above supply drops in one.
8) The storage facility's max storage rates have been increased. Upgrade it to Refrigeration for max storage space.
9) The barracks can now hold 50 soldiers.
Compatibility:
-This was made for YOSE Lifeline games.
-This mod is compatible with any mod that doesn't change the Lifeline facilities file.
-No new game required. You can see the changes immediately!
Installation:
1. Download and extract the folder "YOSE Lifeline Badass Supply Drops" onto the desktop.
2. Open the folder "YOSE Lifeline Badass Supply Drops". It'll show a folder named "Game". This is the file you'll eventually drag and drop a copy of into the YOSE State of Decay folder.
3. Locate your YOSE State of Decay folder. For me, it was found by opening up Program Files (x86), then Steam, then SteamApps, and then common. When you open up the common folder, it'll show you all your Steam games, including a folder named "State of Decay YOSE".
4. Drop a copy of my "Game" folder into the "State of Decay YOSE" folder you have open in the common folder. It'll ask whether you want to merge my game folder with State of Decay YOSE's game folder--click yes. Then, depending on whether you already have mods or not, it'll ask if you want to replace certain files--say yes. If it asks if you want to copy and replace a file, say yes.
5. The changes should show immediately. No new game required.
6. Enjoy!
To Uninstall:
To uninstall, you need to delete "facilities.win.bmd" from the rts folder (State of Decay YOSE/game/libs/class3.2/rts).
