Here's what this mod adds:

 1. Thirteen new survivors added into the survivor pool. Many are armed with new weapons (Xbox Live rewards weapons) or popular radio commands:

--Tony Forelli, a mobster who was in the valley tracking down an old associate when the zombie apocalypse started. Using his business skills, he found a way to extort favors from local businessmen Ray Santos, Quentin Barnes, and even Doc Hanson.(Comes with radio options for vehicle delivery, medical advice and construction advice.);
--David Lighthouse, who has the ability to hack into military drones (radio options for drone strike and drone recon);
--Glenn Rhoades, a gun enthusiast whose been preparing for the apocalypse for awhile. He comes with 5 awesome guns, some new, some old;
--Jesse Nye, Walter Degrasse's assistant. Wears a hazmat suit, has reflexes, and comes with 2 new weapons (incendiary revolver & fireman brush clearer);
--Laura Stilwater, a former housewife who became associated with a gang, so she has a mix of both worlds. When the zeds rose up, she took refuge in a comic store and took all the sci-fi swords that were on the wall (6 unique swords). She also worked out some deal with Mickey Wilkerson to provide sniper fire when requested. (Radio option for sniper)
--Vienna Cho, the former radio host from Danforth. She is a quick learner and levels up quicker in everything, and has the radio command to request a SWAT team
--Stephen Hopkins, a middle school teacher and sports enthusiast, he's a powerhouse with both fitness expertise and counselling. 
--Rick Grimes, comes with leadership skills and both powerhouse and reflex skills.
--Glenn Rhee, comes with maxed out wits and fighting, reflexes, and counseling expertise.

--Maggie Greene, comes with medical and plant expertise.

--Michonne, comes with max fighting and cardio skills, edged specialization, fitness and research skills.

--Abraham Ford, comes with a new type of axe, powerhouse, fast hands, and powerhouse skills.

--Carol Peletier, comes with maxed out cardio, wits, fighting and shooting, demolition and cooking skills, and a special Assault Rifle/Grenade launcher. 


2. Some older survivors and heroes now have reflex and/or powerhouse skills, including:

Non-heroes: 
1) The English teacher with the hoodie and shorts now is a powerhouse too
2) The army medic girl with the "Sprang" shirt has reflexes
3) The cop from Chicago has powerhouse & reflexes

Heroes:

1) Walter Degrasse & Alicia Hawkes both now are powerhouses
2) Vince & Shark Hoody Guy have reflexes
3) Amelia Crasman, Leon Montague and Kelly "Sasquatch" Eldridge have both powerhouse and reflexes

3. Fixes the bug  where certain survivors (the new YOSE heroes, Hawkes, Kilo, Vincent, Kelly, Gurubani, Milo and K.C. Winters) weren't able to improve their moods. Modders were able to deduce the reason they couldn't improve their moods was because they lacked a personality trait, and that once they had one, the problem would go away. So I added a personality trait to everyone who didn't have one and now they're able to improve moods just like everyone else.

4. Since this involves moods, I also incorporated my earlier mod that replaced the "History: Ran Away" text a survivor would show (sometimes permanently) after running away with the "Attitude: Trusting" mood. It doesn't change how running away works, it just changes the text so you don't see the annoying "History: Ran Away". 

5. Reduces the influence for the radio options to call for scavengers, set up an outpost, and Lily's words of encouragement to 5 influence each. I did this primarily as a way to test that the mod was installed correctly.

Compatibility:

This will only work for State of Decay YOSE for Breakdown games

This mod is compatible with other mods that don't change the characters file. I also updated the radiooptions file to include construction advice. 

You will need to start a new game to see these changes, or move to a new level.

Installation:

To install:

1. Download and extract the folder "YOSE more survivors" onto the desktop.

2. Open the folder "YOSE more survivors". You will see two folders "new survivors as non-heroes" and "new survivors as heroes". Both have the same mod with one exception: whether you want to be able to select them as starting characters in Breakdown. If you want to start a game as one of them, open the "new survivors as heroes" folder. If you just want more survivors in the game and don't want to start as one of them, open "new survivors as non-heroes".

3. Once you open the folder, it'll show a folder named "Game". This is the file you'll eventually drag and drop a copy of into the YOSE State of Decay folder.

3. Locate your YOSE State of Decay folder. For me, it was found by opening up Program Files (x86), then Steam, then SteamApps, and then common. When you open up the common folder, it'll show you all your Steam games, including a folder named "State of Decay YOSE".

4. Drop a copy of my "game" folder into the "State of Decay YOSE" folder you have open in the common folder. It'll ask whether you want to merge my game folder with State of Decay YOSE's game folder--click yes. Then, depending on whether you already have mods or not, it'll ask if you want to replace certain files--say yes. If it asks if you want to copy and replace a file, say yes.

5. Test to make sure it installed correctly by opening up a breakdown game and checking the radio options.  I changed the influence costs for calling scavengers, creating outposts and Lily's words of encouragement to 5 influence each. So check your current game to see if they were reduced to 5. If they were, that means the mod installed and you should be able to start seeing the changes when you start a new game. If they haven't changed, that means the mod didn't install correct, so go double check. The key is the changed files need to be in the correct file layout or else the game won't see the new changes. So check the instructions and picture and try again until you see the radio changes.

6. Enjoy!


To Uninstall, delete characters.win.bmd from the State of Decay YOSE "rts" folder, and radiooptions from "contentmanager" (both are found in game/libs/class3.1)
