What it does:
Includes my undead labs characters tribute which adds all lifeline characters plus 60 custom characters and about 60 undead labs forum members.
Bedrooms now count as sleeping 24 people. +8 beds on three person rotation.
Outposts now have beds for four people out in the field each and are upgradable to manned outpost which you can rent out for supplies aswell as make radio options available for surgery, vehicles and artillery.
YOU MUST UNMAN ALL MANNED OUTPOSTS BEFORE MOVING LEVEL OR GAME WILL CRASH.
Parking lots destroyable with thanks to QMJS.
Radio room no longer has calls to find supplies instead has option to send survivors to find supplies further afield and options to sell supplies for influence.
Got rid of munitions shop and car workshop and replaced with industrial shop combining both with thanks to SwissArmyKnife.
A weapons shop to craft melee weapons and  guns and ammo. These allow all weapons to be crafted in bundles thanks to matty dienhoff for Brants military surplus and silentresident for crossbows.
Changed all guns to real names as Brimstone does including lifeline guns.
Upgrade to dining room to make counselor useful. Gives rehabilitation options for psychos, drunks, smokers, and people with bad attitudes plus an option to play games which works like getting tattoos.
Options in all facilities requiring a trait to train your current character in that trait. For example Med lab has option to train a medic.
Dojo can now train your current character in reflexes and powerhouse.
Added a raider enclave which gives missions but will not join you and rips you off. They are not actively hostile just around.
Added fate cards to add a survivor to your group, randomly add traits to characters like coward, psycho, take up drinking, smoking and to simualte raider activity.
Added clothes that can be found and worn. These count as large backpacks but are only useable like for like meaning jeans for jeans and tshirt for tshirt.
Added some upgraded guns which are currently only craftable these improve accuracy, durability, rate of fire and capacity.
Added Home siege mission like lifeline only it will only start if you are already home when it pops. If you don't like this or are unprepared you can run away and the mission will end with no penalty.
Enclaves now have five people and will pop up more often.Population cap per level increased.
