MOD INFO

This is a very very simple brightness adjustment mod.
There are some mods around that adjust brightness of the game. But some are made by using SweetFX tool, which creates some performance issues and leads to some serious FPS loss. After some research on internet, I figured that a simple configuration file can adjust in-game brightness; without causing any FPS loss or performance issues!

This mod will give you a much brighter and visible nighttime see sight, and more transparent shadows both at nighttime and daytime.

MOD DETAILS

This little mod bypasses game's own brightness/contrast modifications and uses my adjustments instead. You can also edit the file with notepad, set your own gamma/contrast/brightness options too, but I do not suggest that. I believe I found the proper adjustments after several trials. Nevertheless, if you insist on changing the properties, be careful with the brightness option. Increasing it, also increases the saturation and you get over-colorised visuals.

I strongly suggest you to adjust gamma to 1.50 from Options->Graphics Settings in the game.
