    This skirmish map of the jungle world Kashyyyk is a conversion from the stock GC map. The map contains 2 bases, several rosource pads, and a hostile wookie population. Creator Description: This is the same map of Kashyyyk as in GC, the only difference is that there are now 2 bases; 1 Rebel, 1 Imperial. The Empire have a large base whereas the Rebels have a smaller base but the turrets are already placed; though if destroyed they can't be rebuilt. Walls will defend your turrets. Both teams have a Shutter field generator and a Mining complex. The Wookies are hostile to everyone that passes them. There is 1 captureable reinforcement point at the back of the map and another 2 skrimish mines are in the 2 back corners. The skirmish buildpads where not modified but 6 were added.

This map has a combination of metal, sand, and grass all mixed together into the blender. You have a sandy bank, but then there's an area with a grass texture painted all over it under the water. Prop placement is equally perplexing. Trees are randomly scattered in the water, turbolaser towers are in the water, and you have trees on metal. This map could offer some nice island hopping gameplay, but the visuals on this map need some improvement.

    Island War is a map by _237th_SC_Com_Bly for Empire at War (not Forces of Corruption).     This explains it quite nicely: A map of the inside of Admiral Thrawns ISD, thats why i putted bossk, he is delivering the artifact but jabba wants it too. The hangar is fully compleet, elevators, transports, refull tank, space. Lots of hostile imperials in the map. Plus a second floor at 2 spots!!! next time, the hole map will have a second floor. The way to win: make your enemy confused by going from hall to hall and hide in sideways, get to the enemy base and they will not know which hall you come from, but in order to do that, avoid enemy patrols. Sidewayss Has anyone reading this played Dark Forces? Anyone? I feel so old... Regardless, this level reminds me just a tiny bit of the Executor level. All in all this map is not too bad, it does get a little funny looking after a while. Seeing rebel speeders zip around the interior of the Star Destroyer, and bombing runs inside looks a little funny, but it's part of the game so that can be suspended in disbelief. The real problem is that the A.I. wasn't made to work in thin hallways with tight corners. The computer opponent will attack my units and structures while there is a wall blocking them. My units would do the same thing whenever I didn't set waypoints or guide them. Neither team has the heavy vehicle factory, so that helps, but it seems that infantry only would be more suitable. Check out these helpful hints. As emprie roll through the halls with tie maulers and kill thousands of infantry As he rebels place snipers and avoid enemy patrols And as the Consurtium roll out with the deadly destroyerdroid or plat explosives at the small halls. the_stag

    Imperial Shipyard (TFU) is a space skirmish map for Forces of Corruption by _237th_SC_Com_Bly. Bly brings us another good looking map with this Imperial Shipyard. Loosely based off of the second mission in The Force Unleashed, he has some nicely detailed prop combinations that really convey the impression that you're looking at an Imperial drydock with ships under construction. Coupled with a nice skirmish layout, this map really does the job well. Worth a download for TFU and FoC fans alike.

    Imperial Shipyard (TFU) is a space skirmish map for Forces of Corruption by _237th_SC_Com_Bly. Bly brings us another good looking map with this Imperial Shipyard. This map has a large fortification in the middle of the map (it's about 1/4 the size of the map) that is easy to defend. Two large entrances are blocked by destructible doors and flanked by turbo-laser turrets. The second team starts out at the northern edge of the map with a semi-split base. Each part is defended by turbo-laser turrets. The outskirts of the map contain mineral processors and turbo-laser turrets that can be captured. The whole thing is most enjoyable. the_stag

    Gc map not skrimish! This was for RaW when i ampped for them but i don't anymore and they got no premission to use. This is TOTALY mine. I don't remember reviewing a GC map before. It's difficult to give a thorough testing, but I did what I could. Also, the map editor is my friend. Let me start off by saying that for the most part Lucasarts/Petroglyph did a good job of the GC maps. However there are some maps where base placement (among other things) boggles the mind because it is so bad. I'd like to believe that when someone builds a military base they would do some scouting and find the best place having natural barriers and defensive positions. This map seems to support my ideals of base creation. This map also looks nice. Deep canyons direct the flow of offensive forces, steep mountain faces allow artillery to defend, and the object placement makes me believe that thought was put into this map. Once again Bly goes above and beyond with his map skills. the_stag

    Hutts Under Attack is a space skirmish map for Forces of Corruption (not Empire at War) by _237th_SC_Com_Bly. This map is built around the scenario of an Imperial attack on Nal Hutta, where there is now a capital ship factory. It lends itself to that fact with plenty of ships placed on the map and a map that is reminiscent of the Nal Hutta we know. The creator has placed plenty of props to spice up the map and has several asteroid mines for additional income. It seems to be pretty interesting, so you might want to check this map out.

    _237th_SC_Com_Bly has pulled out all the stops for this map. Included is 2 copies, one for skirmish mode and one for galactic conquest mode. He added a .txt file that adds the sarlacc. You need to know a bit about editing .xml files to make this work. If you don't know, then don't worry, it's not necessary to enjoy this Felucia map. The map itself is very nicely done with plenty of poisonous plants and animals to keep infantry from moving too quickly. There are some back paths that only infantry can take which will add to the strategy. I'm going to keep this as the replacement for my GC Felucia map. the_stag

    Felucian Caves is a ground skirmish map for Forces of Corruption by _237th_SC_Com_Bly. Bly's Felucian Caves map is a great looking map. It looks exactly like you'd think Felucia would look; swampy and marshy with a mix of Felucian plant life and twisting paths. There's some great texture variation that brings the map to life and the creator's use of the height tool gives the impression of hills. However, you'll have to use your imagination and just pretend that the valleys on this map are actually caves. This is understandable, seeing how there are no suitable props to make caves in Forces of Corruption. If you want a great looking Felucia map, this will certainly give you your fill.

It looks exactly like you'd think Felucia would look; swampy and marshy with a mix of Felucian plant life and twisting paths. There's some great texture variation that brings the map to life and the creator's use of the height tool gives the impression of hills. However, you'll have to use your imagination and just pretend that the valleys on this map are actually caves. This is understandable, seeing how there are no suitable props to make caves in Forces of Corruption. If you want a great looking Felucia map, this will certainly give you your fill.

    Hey if you guys didnt get my last map pack then u dont know that i was starting a earth series and the first tast of it was in a space map in that pack. Now i bring you the next instalment of the series. This map will be on Antartica after the emps have landed there the rebels and consortium have also followed the empire to earth's surface. Each for their own reason. Soon 2 of the 3 fractions realize that they both have set up bases in the general area. Which to fractions? That is for you to decide for this map allows u to be any fraction on any side. The map is a 4v4 map that allows any fraction to battle for control at Antartica There are plenty of resources to keep ur money up Hope u all enjoy this map. I would appreciate it if i could have feedback from whoever downloads this file to help me inprove. The next map in this series will be your choice do you want me to do Russia, Africa, North America, or some city next i will eventually do them all but ill give you all the choice of which you want to see come out first- Alx438

Alx has made good use of the height tool and the dust effects available to mappers in the map editor. He has used a nice variety of textures all over the map and has some nice props.     Hey everyone im bringing you the third instalment in my earth series that will take place in New York city. And yes im aware that my map does not resemble New York but that is because its pretty hard to actually recreate a actuall city so instead i just mad an urban map and labled it as New York.     Hey everyone im bringing you the third instalment in my earth series that will take place in New York city. And yes im aware that my map does not resemble New York but that is because its pretty hard to actually recreate a actuall city so instead i just mad an urban map and labled it as New York. The map is supportive for up to 8 players online There are plenty of resources to keep ur money up There are many buildings and tight streets to make stratagy an important priority while playing this map I hope you all enjoy the new map and comments would be greatly appreciated- Alx438

    Eclipse Inside is a ground skirmish map for Forces of Corruption by _237th_SC_Com_Bly. The premise of Eclipse Inside is a situation where the Zann Consortium boards the Eclipse while it is under construction. The creator has done a pretty good job at conveying this impression. Unmanned vehicles, indoor props, and other things are used to make sure that the player knows that this map is inside an Imperial war vessel. However, the creator placed some units to start with, so this might mess up games where people are not the Zann Consortium. If the map appeals to you, however, then you should give it a try.

    Dagobah Discovered is a ground skirmish map for Forces of Corruption (not Empire at War) by _237th_SC_Com_Bly. The map revolves around a scenario where the Empire sent a fleet under Darth Vader to attack Yoda while on Dagobah. Visually, the map looks great. There are plenty of trees and areas with shallow water to spice up the map and give the impression of a swampy marshland. The constant rain really adds to the ambient effect of Dagobah and the dark texturing fits nicely. If you wanted another good Dagobah map to play on, this is your ticket home.

    Dantooine is yet another map released by Bly. This map was supposed to be for Republic at War but now is being released to the public by Bly. The map features some excellent wide open terrain on rolling hills which allows for some unique large scale battles. The placement of trees at uneven intervals allows for a nice natural look. The textures also make a nice seamless transition into desert from the grass areas allowing for a pleasurable view while playing. The only things I would do would be to make this map sunny and to blend the colours of the dirt textures more into the grass. Another good map from Bly that should definitely be downloaded. Note though that this is a GC map with the current marker set-up. This download also contains an updated version of Bly's Ilum map.
