Fixed default value of BaseDifficultyMult. Was originally 10%, put it back to 85%. Whoops! If you are updating from a previous version, either delete your config.json, or manually change that value to 0.85, unless you like the easy fishing of course.

Added translation support to the mod. Currently, all languages have English text. If you'd like to create a translation, go into the mod's "Translations" folder and edit the file with the appropriate language code. You may have to switch away from and back to your language for it to appear.
Bug fixes. Catfish bug hasn't been fixed, but still not sure if it's actually a bug or just a lack of information. I'll be making changes later to make it easier to tell which fish you can catch at certain times.

Added individual config options for each loot entry for allowing duplicates of that loot. The main config's setting will disable all duplicates when set to false, and use the values in treasure.json when set to true.
Redid the treasure/fish randomizer (again, hopefully for the last time). It now uses a much more streamlined algorithm than I was using before (and one that's significantly cleaner than the vanilla code to do this stuff).

Completely reworks fishing:
Control every aspect of fishing! Configure the chances of hitting fish instead of trash, the difficulty of catching fish, the chances of finding treasure, what fish/treasure/trash you'll find, where you'll find it all, and how the fish behave.
Add new fish, adjust fish behaviors, and control where they can be caught. If you want to be able to catch diamonds, wearable boots, or even fishing rods while fishing, go ahead!
Perfect catches are more rewarding. As you get more perfect catches in a row, your streak increases, and fish become more valuable.
Optional built-in fishing HUD. See what fish you can catch while you're fishing!
Some complex settings may not be modifiable through GMCM though.
Create your own content packs, or install a content pack created by someone else!
Optional content pack included for making legendary fish recatchable.
Most config settings can be modified in-game with GMCM. For more fine-tuned control over the settings, the configs can also be modified through their respective `.json` files in the mod's `config` folder.
If you want to configure which fish, trash, or treasure are available to catch and when you can catch them, create or install a content pack.

Recatchable Legendaries:
Allows legendary fish to be caught more than once. After catching a normal legendary fish, you can catch it again after 7 days. Also, if you have caught any of the legendary fish II, those can also be caught once every 7 days. Make sure to catch every legendary fish II while you have the chance so you can continue to catch them again later!
