Allows for the adjustment of defense and immunity of boots.

Boot stats is a mod that allows you to adjust the Defense and Immunity of all vanilla boots!
Boot stats will not affect boots that have already been found, only new boots found after the changes will be affected.
Also allows for Cowboy Boots to be found in game through one of several options.
Use Generic Mod Config Menu to make editing the boot stats even easier.
BY DEFAULT, THIS MOD DOES NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO ANY BOOT STATS!
