Changelogs
Version 0.0.4-bugfix
Fixed mail bug introduced from not rolling back mail.json for MFM from a future version I was working on where I changed recipe ID's to a more standardised format; MFM now has a "DisplayName" option (thank you Digus!) that allows you to set the name the mail will say, instead of the internal string. Thank you tearful0eye for pointing this bug out so I could fix it.
Version 0.0.4
Added a content pack portion for Multi Yield Crops: Moss Roses will now refund the seed that grows them, further emphasising them as being analogous to vanilla's Sunflower, but for Spring/Summer.
Renamed Bluebonnets to Succulent Lupine, as Cornucopia already has bluebonnets. Internally, the lupines are still the name ID, so your saves won't be screwed up. Succulent Lupines are another type of lupine that are native to California and Arizona in the real world, whereas Bluebonnets are native to Texas. The config file entry is still listed as bluebonnet to avoid needlessly toggling them on/off for players who are currently playing. In version 0.0.6, two versions from now, the config entry will be changed to Succulent Lupine.
Version 0.0.3
Major balance patch bringing all crops to vanilla balanced rates. No crop in this pack is neither outright best or worse.
Added new items Kumquat Tree, Kumquat Tart, Cucumber, Cucumber and Cherry Tomato Salad, Sautéed Snow Peas.
Added Mail Framework Mod as a dependency, as this now features a content pack for MFM. Certain recipes are now learned through mail after certain requirements are met.
Config has been changed to allow users to enable and disable crops at will, though it requires a game restart if done through Generic Mod Config Menu. This is to allow for better mod compatibility. Disabling a crop will also disable any recipes dependent on that crop, so try to disable crops you need before you are far progressed in the game to risk converting items to errored items. Mail sent through MFM will still send, albeit without the recipe, if requisite crops are disabled. You can safely ignore the letters.
You will receive a free Bee House early in your playthrough to make better use of flowers. Marnie will also sell them for a large sum of gold for those who want to invest early before they can make their own.
Version 0.0.2-alpha
1.6 Compatibility
VERSION 0.0.4 HAS BEEN RELEASED. If you come from 0.0.2, completely delete the prior [CP] Tahla's Crops and Cassie's Garden, and replace it with the new "Tahla's Crops," which contains both [CP], [MFM] and [MYC] content packs that are part of this mod.
A small mod with a handful of new crops, including flowers, vegetables and some recipes. Crops included are:
SPRING Bluebonnet (Flower) Cherry Tomato Moss Rose (Flower) Snow Peas
SUMMER Cucumber Moss Rose (Flower) Red Coleus (Multiharvest flower, not great for honey)
FALL Snow Peas Spaghetti Squash
WINTER Spaghetti Squash Kumquat Tree
FOODS Cherry Tomato Sauce Cucumber and Cherry Tomato Salad Spaghetti Squash Pasta Sautéed Snow Peas Kumquat Tart
More to come at a future date, from plants to foods. Possibly more fruit trees.
Special thanks to the Stardew discord community in their #making-mods-general channel. Shoutouts to 6480 for teaching me how to make CP json's and showing me many examples needed to do what I wanted done here as well as helping with troubleshooting, and EnderTedi for pushing me to learn things and pointing me in the directions needed when troubleshooting, and everybody else that has helped (there's many of you).
