Renamed some methods in ModOptionSelection for more focus on identifiers

Added Saving/Loading of ModOptions. Can load/save specific farmer settings or user settings, only one at a time.
Fixed bug where inserting a choice with a duplicate identifier would create doubles

StardewConfigMenu
StardewConfigMenu allows modders to easily add mod options in-game without forcing users to modify settings files. The mod adds a Mod Options tab to the main menu which shows the settings of all mods which use the framework.
The framework allows modders to easily attach to StardewConfigMenu and create an options page for their mods without fighting with other mods for screen space.
