Nintendo and the Pokemon company, also the sprites are from a game, a user extracted them and posted them online I found them with google I believe that user was called MightyJetters.

This is a quick remapping of the sprites used for the "togepi as dog" mod I posted, as such, it might not fit well/perfectly for the cat animation as I spent very little time on this one, if that's fine with you, you are welcome.
The animations might look silly as a result.
Just unzip and merge the content folders, let it replace your cat.XNB file, making a backup of it can be a good idea first though.
