Various tweaks for comfort gaming

Install:
   Unpack archive content to game folder

Setup:
   Simple run _mod.setup.exe, select tweaks to apply and press button install

Uninstall:
   run _mod.setup.exe once more

    movement speed multiplier (default 0.066f / changed to 0.099f)

Tweak-SoilDecay (only for farm, not affect on season change)
    adjust soil decay chance (changed from 0.10 to 0.001)
