Compatible with Tabula Rasa
There will be 2 different versions of armour. One that provides stats and one for cosmetic purposes that provide no stats. If you're looking craft and use the version that provides stats (set at tier 10) This will be created at the anvil. The cosmetic version will be created and the Spinning Wheel.
