About this video

Let's take a look at three essential fixes for the 'depth of field' effect that comes with ENB for Skyrim Special Edition.  These fixes address the following issues:

0:58 - Blurry hands/weapons in first-person view
2:40 - Focal point not tracking precisely to crosshair
3:56 - Player character appears blurred in third-person view

enbdepthoffield.fx edits referenced in video:
1. Change both instances of 'fpdistance=1.0/0.085' to 'fpdistance=1.0/0.485'

2. Change '(Sampler0, coord, 0.0)' to '(Sampler0, 0.5, 0.0)'

Skyrim.ini edits referenced in video:
[Camera]
fPitchZoomOutMaxDist=1000.0000
fOverShoulderAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosZ=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosX=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=10.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=20.0000

How to customize camera settings:
...AddY=0.0000
- Negative values move camera CLOSER
+ Positive values move camera FARTHER

...PosZ=0.0000
- Negative values move camera DOWN
+ Positive values move camera UP

...PosX=0.0000
- Negative values move camera LEFT
+ Positive values move camera RIGHT

    You did another great job Tapioks. I have the video bookmarked as its a great resource to direct people to when they need help with DOF. I know I picked up a lot as I often just do trial and error with settings so nice to have something that explains in more detail.

      Thank you sir, I always appreciate when you take the time to leave a comment. I like to be able to share my knowledge about ENB; I also mostly just learn things by trial and error, but I find satisfaction in learning to understand how things work ... and then 'splaining what I have learned!

      I know i'm late her, 6 years to be precise...
      Anyways in case you are still active on nexus i was hoping for some help.

      enbdepthoffield.fx is no longer to be found in C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition
      when i search for enbdepthoffield.fx in the skyrimse folder, i get like 20 results of the same file in different locations.
      I have no idea how i'm supposed to know which one do i have to edit, any advice?
