Atronach Stone fixed. Wasn't showing up in Active Effects menu (even though it was still working properly). Now shows up in Active Effects as intended.

What does this Mod do?
Standing Stones are relatively unbalanced.....most 'Power Gamer' type players will simply choose the Lord Stone or the Atronach Stone for their destiny. The problem is that the other Stones blessings are simply inferior.
This mod seeks to better balance the Stone blessings, while keeping true to Lore. ALL Standing Stones are now good = choosing a Stone Blessing is now a difficult decision that can greatly effect/compliment play styles.
STANDING STONE BLESSING DETAILS *Standing Stone bonuses that are unchanged are listed with '(default)' next to them.
THE WARRIOR: 3x learning rate bonus to warrior skills (NOT including Marksman) *vanilla is 1.2x
THE LADY: +85% bonus to stamina regeneration (isn'tslowed by combat) +25% bonus to health regeneration (isn'tslowed by combat)
THE LORD: +100 Damage Resistance +20 Magic Resistance
THE STEED: +100 Carry Weight +20 stamina bonus +20% bonus to stamina regeneration *worn armor/clothes have 0 encumbrance (default)
THE MAGE: 3x learning rate bonus to Mage skills *vanilla is 1.2x
THE APPRENTICE: +250% bonus to magicka regeneration -100% to Magic Resistance
THE ATRONACH: You take on the nature of the Atronach (now fits Lore). +100% Spell Absorption VS Elemental spells/effects (fire, shock and frost)...as long as you have the matching elemental 'Cloak' spell active! Fire, Shock and Frost related spells (and weapon enchantments) now only cost you 50% as much magicka/soul-charge to use. All non elemental spells cost 2x as much magicka to cast (this does not include weapon/staff enchantments).
THE RITUAL (default): adds a 'Raise Dead' power that can be used once per day....raises ALL dead up to level 75, within 75 units for 200 seconds *Level can be raised by 25% via Restoration Necromage Perk IF subject corpse is undead **Health of raised dead can by increased by 100 points via Conjuration Dark Souls perk ***1.5x Duration via Restoration Necromage Perk IF subject corpse is undead ****Conjuration Necromancy Perk DOES NOT increase duration of Ritual Stone raised dead (Ritual Stone effect lacks keyword)!!!
THE THIEF: x3 skill learning rate for Thief Skills (+ Marksman) *vanilla is 1.2x
THE LOVER: +80% learning rate for ALL skills (default) +2% shorter Shout Recovery Timer bonus +2% increased Shout Power bonus (only effects shouts that have the 'magicshout' keyword, so it doesn't penalize Slow Time!) +10 point bonus to Speechcraft +10% Sell/Buy bonus vs opposite sex +10% damage reduction vs opposite sex NPCs
THE SHADOW: adds an 'invisibility' power that can be used once per day. Lasts 60 seconds. (default) +50 fortify Sneak Skill for 60 seconds +50 fortify Illusion Skill for 60 seconds
THE TOWER: The Tower Blessing fortifies your essence. +100% Stagger Resistance *Note: The Third Level of Unrelenting Shout will still ragdoll you, since it is a script based effect.
THE SERPENT: you gain 100% Poison Resistance. Additionally, you gain a magical/corrosive 'spit' attack that can be used once per day. Does 25 Poison damage per second for 50 seconds, and paralyzes for 25 seconds. Note that some creatures are immune to paralyze and wards can block the spit......but otherwise, the paralyze + corrosive poison damage can't be resisted!
