Changes magic-using Draugr to look like Glowing Ones from the Fallout games.

This mod changes the spellcasting Draugr to look like Glowing Ones from the Fallout games. Why? Because they're MAGIC of course :P It's just a small mod I made for fun and decided to share. Hope you enjoy it!
Features:
- This mod changes only the magic-using Draugr. Other types of Draugr are unaffected.
- Glowing Ones are surrounded by a Radiation Aura that damages enemies that come too close. They also have a Radiation Blast shout that they can use against opponents that are farther away.
- In the vanilla game, Draugr cast frost spells. I changed them to use the equivalent fire spells, as fire seems to fit in better with a radiation-emitting monster than frost.
