Go to Dragonreach, There will be chest on the right balcony/hallway at
the top right when you enter.
-> more in detail: when you enter dragonreach go to the right of the
throne and take the stairs up behind you when you enter, there will be a
chest at the end of that balcony.

Male and Female Armor, Can be tempered.

This armor was made by the elves, better protection and blessed with
magic from the Aedra realms.
It is shaped in the image of a Gryphon, Showing strength, Courage and
Willpower.
As it is extremely light to wear.
