About this mod

You now need the respective mastery perk aswell as a high enough skill in the magic school to cast a spell.

Permissions and credits
DESCRIPTION :

Spells now require their respective casting perk (Meaning you need to invest in a school to be capable of casting it's spells) + enough level in the Magic School (meaning that effects that reduce your skill level in either Alteration, Destruction, Conjuration, Restoration or Illusion could prevent you from using a spell)

* For Vanilla:

Novice spells require the Novice perk (Unless using the optional "No novice" plugin)

Apprentice spells require the Apprentice perk + 25 or higher level in the respective spell school.

Adept spells require the Adept perk + 50 or higher level in the respective spell school.

Expert spells require the Expert perk + 75 or higher level in the respective spell school.

Master spells require the Master perk + 100 or higher level in the respective spell school.

* For Ordinator:

Novice spells require the first Mastery perk (Unless using the optional "No novice" plugin)

Apprentice spells require the second Mastery perk + 25 or higher level in the respective spell school.

Adept spells require the second Mastery perk + 50 or higher level in the respective spell school.

Expert spells require the second Mastery perk + 75 or higher level in the respective spell school.

Master spells require the second Mastery perk + 100 or higher level in the respective spell school.

INSTALLATION :

* For vanilla: Install the SpellsRequirePerks.esp plugin . Load order doesn't matter.
* For Ordinator: Install the SpellsRequirePerks - Ordinator.esp plugin. Place it after Ordinator.esp in your load order. DO NOT LOAD the other plugin.

COMPATIBILITY :

Ordinator is obviously compatible provided you use the patch.
Perks that change magic trees are still compatible provided you can still allot points into the five mastery perks.

FUTURE PLANS :

* Add an optional version where novice spells are still usable even without the mastery perk

* Add an optional version where Dark Elf, High Elves and Bretons are allowed to use Spark, Fury and Conjure Familiar respectively without investing in perks.
