Don't you just hate all these random hunters and fishers taking all the prime locations to build that house, farm, slave den, or even just a quiet place to take your flowergirls? Or ya know, whatever your into in this game...

Well, not any more!!

Updated : See changelog for details. And see Notes below for more.

This is a house with a view (my first, from ground up) which replaces the Cliffside Retreat shack. The only things that were there of interest is a marksman skill book, and the hunter. Only one of them survived.

The house has all the stuff you may need, but not an over abundance of it. I dislike clutter.

Some Features:

Plenty of auto-sorting storage thanks to General Stores (Only for version 1.1)

A few misc. chests for whatever other storage you need.

Some mannequins, Some weapon racks, Some shield racks, Some planters, a few display cases, etc. And hey, they all seem to even work! :)

A return to Cliffside Homestead teleport spell.

5 beds in total. I didn't make it adoption friendly! (all my adoptee's are currently piled up in some underbrush until further notice) 2 of the beds are in the loft that your followers will even visit. Not sure if you need Multi Floors for it, but keep it in mind if your followers just stay on main floor.

Plenty of idle markers laying around to keep your followers busy.

Navmeshed the place.

Cleaned the esp in xedit with the standard autoclean, plus manually to fix a nav mesh.

Install:

Same as any other install, manual or with a mod manager of your choice. It's only an .esp and 1 spell. Requires all DLC's and General Stores. (may edit it down later & remove GS ) Removed in 2.0  Only needed if your on the old 1.1 version.  (Archives)

Updating: 2-14-22

They say you shouldn’t.  Each of my tests were on a character that never had the plugin in the save and everything always looked the same as in the CK.  I’ve ran a dif. Char through there with it in the save and I would find things askew and whatnots.
I’d recommend a clean save, but it’s really by no means mandatory.  I wouldn’t think, only contained 1 spell and 1 script.  Especially if your familiar with Fallrim Tools.  As far as I know, your items stored in Cliffside via General Stores containers aren’t really there, you wouldn’t lose them, Unless it’s the only place you have access to GS containers.  Then you’d need to collect it all before updating/cleaning.

Notes: 2-14-22

With the removal of the auto door, you may need to remove “Abs_AutoCloseDoor_CH.pex” from the scripts folder if you don’t see any effect.  Or if it’s still swinging and you didn’t want it removed anyhow, leave it be.
Let me know of any problems and whatnots!

A couple other things I tossed together while I'm killing time before it kills me:

Global Storage (Rather out dated)
Severin Manor  (Recently updated, adoption friendly, etc)
