**FIXED installation instructions**
More Racial Powers Perks plus Vampire Invisibility:
Adds ALL the Racial positive perks and powers to player plus gives you the vampire invisibility power. Add two (invisible they don't show) perks"the Targ blodded shield perk and the Valdyr lucky dagger perk (+25% more criticals), but not sure if they will work just added to player manually but its work a try :P**
Look inside the powers.txt in the data folder in the zip file and there are instructions on how to pick and choose which powers get added when you run the the powers.txt batch file. Choose what you want then save and update the zipfile.
Installation:
Use Mod Organizer to install and right click and set Data as the data directory. It will warn you that there is no game databut it still puts it in there.
Nexus mod manager - I don't use it but it might install. If not then, extract the powers.txt file from the zip file and then drop the powers.txt into your main Skyrim Special Edition folder (if that doesn't work then put it in your Skyrim Special Edition/data folder) .
in the console type:
bat powers
