The Breezehome Underground
This is a mod under Breezehome which has three large rooms.
Room one
smelter,enchanter,alchemy lab,tanning rack.grinding stone and forge.
Chest for forging and alchemy.Thrones dinning table.
There is also a baby dragon and a floating head,
If you one hit kill the dragon highly amusing if it glitches.
Also use unrelenting force on the head also quite funny.
You have everything you need to live down here trust me.
Room two
This room has trapdoor's to all majoror cities and thieves guild.
I have left some spare door's so you can message and i will add more location's
these are very handy to travel around skyrim with ease.
Room 3
This room contains qa smoke chest with all game items.
It has a bed to rest in shelves for storage and a  water feature
draws campfire and benches.
Throughout is nicely decorated kind of dungeon area.
great care has been taken with this mod for your satisfaction.
Short of carryweight there's a ring for that too.
