About this mod

Just my personal tweak of a rebalanced and more fair Skyrim combat, but also much more fast paced and meant to be used at the same time as wildcat and combat evolved with it loaded last.

Permissions and credits
This mod rebalances Skyrim and makes it more fun (in my opinion) by doing these things>
1. Adds movement speed so you can dodge and sprint much faster; this makes battles feel more tactile
2. Nerfs smithing so it's much weaker but it still adds value up to double for 100 smithing so it's worth investing some in it; plus you will want that deadric or dragonbone gear if you can  get it.
3. Adds Up to 5 summons and 15% armor per peice so if you have a full set you are 60% armor rating (or 75% with sheild) plus 5% every 100 more armor. With a unsmithed Deadric set and most of the Heavy Armor perks you can still get around 400 A.R. Smithing adds about 5-10% damage with the relevant perks only but up to 100% more value which is helpful to make a living being a smith.
4: If you feel like rebalancing my already rebalanced mod feel free to use TESEDIT to easily modify the values and if you feel like using my values in your mod you can. Max armor is reduction is 90%. Smithing is 2 points and with potions and gear you can get up to at
5. Also increases magic regen and stamina regen to 15x in combat.
6. Other recommended mods: Skyrim Skill Uncapper (Replace his ini file with mine if you want 5x faster leveling speed with also 999 skill caps, but know it still takes a long time to get really overpowered with my tweaks compared to vanilla skyrim: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8889/?
Also I recommend Wildcat and Combat Evolved. Load Wildcat first, combat Evolved second and mine last for most challenging gameplay. For more enchantments I reccomend enchanting freedom and multiple enchantments (with this mod nerfing enchanting so much it's better to have more enchantments at least imo)
7: I don't plan on updating this but if you want to change anything go ahead. It's not perfect just my personal taste of a better balanced Skyrim. If it get's too hard just remember; use wards, use the uncapper and use summons and followers or lower difficulty settings for less damage but remember no matter what difficulty I set the damage to 1.5 at Novice or 5x at Legendary which should be the same
