What this does:
This patch is for users with both RS Children Overhaul and Populated Cities Towns Villages Legendary Edition. This removes the plain black faces on the children and replaces them actual faces that were crafted using the parents as a reference, so it is a little more than a simple patch.
Install Instructions:
Either install with NMM or simply drop contents into your Data folder. As long as the patch is below Populated Cities Towns Villages Legendary Edition on the load order, you should be good
