Description:

Ever want to shout like a ture Dragonborn? say no more, this is the mod for you.
change all shout cooldown to 1, 2 and 3 seconds, except the shout that will call or summon dragon will stay the same, (may couse bug if I change those)
Also removes the 1 day cooldown to "Dragon Aspect".

Q: Hey whats the difference between your mod and the others?

A: hmm, well you don't need to wear Amulet of Talos to change the CD.
