Simple dodge button to gain invincibility for a very short time to avoid damage by adjusting "Become Ethereal" shout to have following stats:
Words Invincibility Time Recharge Time

1 1 sec 2 sec
2 2 sec 3 sec
3 3 sec 6 sec
It might seem overpowered against slow enemies like dragons or giants in means of avoiding their physical damage, but it is compensated by how shouts work - e.g. their task queue (no animation cancel) so you'd have to time your dodge and not just mash attack button.
Also dragon breath attack is exactly 2 sec in vanilla and 3 sec with Mighty Dragons mod so if you time it correctly you'll be able to completely evade it.
