Adds a new NPC, who is a merchant, which currently sell 2 new spells. More spells will be added along as updates and patches come by, and I
will listen closely to the Suggestions below for spells players may want
in the game.

Location of Merchant: Dragonsreach, Whiterun, where you meet Farengar

Spells Added -

Cheesy Carnage:
Deals moderate physical/magical damage and 5 damage to stamina. Shoot cheesy deliciousness out of your hands.

Effects:
1. Deal moderate physical/magical damage
2. Deal 5 damage to stamina

Spell Type:
Spell, Concentrated (cast button must be held down), Aimed (need to aim with crosshairs)

Exploit of the Thief:
This slightly buffs everything a sneaky rascal or assasain relies on for 30 seconds in exchange for a small amount of health.

Effects:
1. Take 30 poison damage
2. Fortify Sneak by 20
3. Fortify Pickpocket by 20
4. Fortify Lockpicking by 20

Duration:
30 seconds

Spell Type:
Power (can be used once a day)

Alohomora:
Allows you to pick any lock for the next 10 seconds.

Effects:
Fortify Lockpicking by 1000

Duration:
10 seconds

Spell Type:
Power (can be used once a day)
