Deluxe Feather Fall spell. Nothing more, nothing less. With nice effects.

Adds the spell Feather Fall to Skyrim SE. No SE mod has it , until now. In old skyrim only Mighty Magic has it.
I made this to use with SOT, as there are bosses that will teleport you high into the air and just drop you. But it can by used by any player who wishes a faster way down those 9,000 steps.
Features:
1) Lasts 30 seconds
2) Can be bought from Farengar Secret Fire in Whiterun. About $1800.00 . I added the spell tome to his inventory dynamically so no need to merge files and no conflicts with mods that change his inventory.
3) Spell tome also added to several bosses lists, starting at level 15. Again, done dynamically so no conflicts or need to make a wry bash patch.
