This mod modifies only the bridge at cell 27/26, not the college or the town. There are a few mods that also repair the bridge, such as College of Winterhold Glory days, Winterhold Restoration or Winterhold Reborn so they will obviously conflict with mine.

No DLC required.

This is basically the Vanilla version, I haven't made any changes. I hope it works in SSE, too. If not, drop me a comment and I'll try to fix it. :)
