Let's give the people more appropiate clothing shall we? I just could not stand idely by watching the people of Skyrim running around in very silly clothes mid winter, so I have given them more appropriate clothing :)

* This mod Includes the Silda The Windhelm Beggar Dressed mod and the Wedding Dress! :D mod *

* Update 11 Feb: Removed Eorlund Grey-Mane Companion armor, Annekke has better dress, Beggar in Riften no longer has a hat, Sinmir is back to vanilla, Riften Carriage Driver now has banded Iron armor :) *

* Better Dressed NPC's on Nexus: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8120/? *

I have also changed outfits so the merchants actually look like merchants, bards look like bards, and so on using the vanilla clothes. I gave a couple of kids a little tent, bedroll and a sweetroll because they sleep outside, the singer in Winhelm has a beautiful dress and a little stage, the cook now looks like a cook and now it makes sense to ask what's up with Lurbuk and ask if the smith in Whiterun is a part of the companions.

I have given two of the girls and the marriage faction so you might now be able to marry them. I also gave the girls the wedding dress outfit in their inventory. I gave that to Camilla too and I placed the wedding outfit on a table in the Temple of Mara in Riften free for the taking :)

I have put an extra set of armor of the npcs that have the special fine clothes in their inventory so if your pickpocketing skill is good enough (Value is usally 100 gold on these clothes), you can pick-pocket it off them and they will still have their clothes so they dont have to run around naked :)

So far I have been to Windhelm, Morthal, Dawnstar, Riften, Whiterun, Falkreach, Kynesgrove, Riverwood and Solitude.

Load Order:

Put this mod or any other mods that change an NPC's outfit above mods that change their faces. (Thank you aalvarenga :)

Load Order if you have Carriage Driver Overhaul installed: (This mod only changes the armor. It does not have any of CDO's other features)

If you want armors from Carriage Driver Overhaul: Put this mod over Carriage Driver Overhaul.
If you want armors from Better Dressed NPC's:      Put this mod under Carriage Driver Overhaul.

Commen Clothes: Should not matter.

This mod is compatible with Commen Clothes and it should be compatible with Cloaks of Skyrim because it just switches out the vailla clothes with other vanilla clothes. Commen Clothes will overwrite my changes witch it is supposed to do exept the ones that I have given fine clothes. The combination of these two mods is superb. Also, if you have installed Commen Clothes and the changes has not taken place yet because the cells has not reset yet, this mod will kick-start that mod :)

If Ish's Ars Armorum is loaded after Better Dressed the clothing will be their vanilla. As long as Better Dressed is loaded after both mod work as intended  (Thank you redmoon7553 :D)

P.S If you have Open Citys the tents for the two little girls will not be there (Thank you Martin Skywatcher :D)

Load Order on a general basis:

Here is a fantastic document that gets updated daily for an insane amount of mods:
