A shield for Mages, increases block skill and casts a varying strength Ward with a choice of custom or vanilla FX with or without light when blocking.

ESP-FE
Shield with the appearance of a spell tome for Mages
Increases the Block skill
Casts a varying strength Ward that scales with Alteration
The Tome is added to your Inventory
NOTE - If using Strange Runes the custom FX will not show initially, go to Strange Runes MCM and set Wards to vanilla, save, exit, restart game, do the same thing for the vanilla FX ver. if you prefer vanilla FX
- Upon reaching the next Alteration tier (see spoiler) un-equip then re-equip the Tome for the changes to take effect
There is some clipping, not so hideous to burn your eyes though
