This is the nearly the same as Vonwarr's spell Mining Flames from the original Skyrim.  He gets the credit for the Idea.  You can mine ore by simply blasting the ore node with the Sparks, or alternately, the Flames spell.  This mod only alters 1 record, but it will be incompatible with anything that that edits the same Form List, such as Bound Tools.
