About this mod
Retextures for the vanilla Wash Basin. Various texture options and resolutions: 1K, 2K and 4K. Including Water In Wash Basin versions.

Even after installing numerous texture mods I found my Wash Basins still made use of a low resolution vanilla texture for the bowl and trim. Finding no retextures on the Nexus I decided to create my own.
Update 1.1:
Al versions now make use of the Skyrim Objects SMIMed - Noble Furniture mesh.
UPDATE: 02-10-2022
andymash70 was kind enough to add some improvements to my textures. All versions of the textures have been updated with a shadow/highlight mask giving a better sense of depth to the basin texture (as was done with the vanilla texture). He also made improvements to the texture UVs.
I am very grateful for all the effort put in by AndyMash70 to improve this mod. His contribution has really elevated this retexture.
I have now made the AndyMash70 versions of the textures the main version of this mod. I you prefer the old versions, without the added mask, these are still available in the "old files" section.
Compatibility:
The mod replaces the Wash Basin mesh file with one that includes a custom texture path to the new textures. I did it this way to not replace the vanilla texture as I am unsure of where else it is used, and since the original is a "metal" texture my replacements will look out of place anywhere other than the Wash Basin. Only the bowl and trim textures are replaced, the wood texture path remains vanilla and thus will depend on your own installed texture (I'm using Noble Skyrim 2K in the screen shots). As this is only a mesh and texture replacement is should be safe to install and un-install mid save.
Optional:
The optional files are for use with the mod Water In Wash Basins. You will require the original mod for the water textures.
Installation:
Use your preferred mod manager to install as per normal, overwrite Water In Wash Basins if prompted.
