I made the Spectral Reaver Craftable and Temperable
Crafting under daedric 1 spell tome: bound sword and 1 black soul gem
Temper with 1 black soul gem.

The Spectral Reaver is available in both 1 Hand and 2 Hand versions. 

It has the same enchantments as Lord Harkon's Sword so you will need Dawnguard for the enchantment but if you don't you can still enchant with what ever you want.

To get it to look like mine in the screenshots you will need a mod called Enchanted Arsenal by egocarib http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56614/?

You can mess with how you want it to look with that mod. 

I will create a forge and temper recipe for this at some point but for now use console and type help spectral

This will go well with AthenaX's Soul Reaver Raziel and Gabriel*Raziel's brilliant _Nosgoth_LoKMod.

INSTALLATION

You can install with the Nexus Mod Manager or just drop the contents of the .zip file into your Skyrim/Data folder.
