Makes the weathers always clear and sunny as well as increases likelihood of auroras at night. Edits region records to make use of the ~20 clear weathers. Can be used with any weather mod, but will not permit additional weathers to occur. Can be used with any audio overhaul, but will not permit additional environmental sounds to occur.
