Simple Homes - Fall Forest Home SSE
Update.esm
Comes with an outhouse - perfect should your Dovahkiin tire of exposing himself/herself in the middle of the woods.
There is an Inheritence Letter along with the key right by the front door.
All containers are set to no respawn. The house interior is also set to no respawn.
If, for some odd reason, you lose the key before unlocking the door just open your console and type "help Fall Forest Home Key" without quotations and take note of the item ID. Then open console again and type "player.additem [item ID] 1" and press enter (without quotations, replace item ID and brackets with the actual item ID).
The file size is due to many custom meshes and textures that were imported (please see acknowledgements).
Wanted: Screenshots of other "offenders". You will know what I'm talking about once you read the journal in the outhouse. Post a link to a screenshot of your player using the outhouse and I will periodically update the mod with the current list of offenders. This should keep those brigands in check.
Alternatively, you should be able to extract the files to your \Skyrim Special Edition\Data folder.
This is the first time I've used an archive with special textures although I have tested the file with NMM and everything should work swell. Let me know if you have any issues. Deinstallation should be as simple as deactivating in NMM or just deleting the files from your data folder. I tested deletion and it caused no issues.
Jokerine for the ample resource pack and all the clever items included. "Jokerine's Misc Resources" - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/801/
Stroti (original author) and Tamira (editor and uploader) for multple kits and neat items:
"Stroti's Kitchen Tools for Skyrim SE" -

"Stroti's Outdoor Toilet Resource" -

"Strotis Manor Resource" -

And Tamira did some great original work (I especially like the windchime) in "Assorted Resources for Skyrim SE"

The windchime mesh, texture, and animation were all the work of Tamira. The audio was pulled from freesound.org, it was created by Dr. Macak and is almost entirely original (although I trimmed the source to make a smaller file and ran a mild noise reduction). You can find the link to the file here: https://freesound.org/people/Dr.%20Macak/sounds/108286/ and the license under which it is covered here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
Many thanks to the talented authors listed above.
